🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Required • At least 3+ years experience leading a team of sales supervisors in a performance-driven sales environment • Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed KPIs through data-driven action plans • At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably within commercial lines • Property & Casualty license required • Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools • Experience leading remote and hybrid teams • Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients, team members and stakeholders • Ability to interpret data, analyze sales trends, and make informed decisions • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships • Leads and supports organizational change by effectively communicating vision, anticipating challenges and fostering adaptability. • Demonstrates relentless focus on achieving and exceeding goals & consistently delivering high quality outcomes. • Takes initiative, embraces challenges, and maintains accountability for results while optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
