Requirements

• Use Figma to create original, industry-leading websites • Take initiative, guiding the client to the best solution • Follow through on the little (but important) things like punctuality, and keeping files tidy and organized • Proven experience in leading visual work • A portfolio that showcases your proven experience in creating brand identity systems and UI designs for large organizations • A passion to collaborate with and learn from a team of UX designers, content designers, project managers, and researchers • Initiative, seeing what needs to be done, and making a plan to do it • An active and empathic listen-first mindset • Proven experience in driving conversations with large, national-level clients and their stakeholders
