• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to implement and refine our TA strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals • Lead full-cycle recruitment across the agency • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to maintain our high standards for talent • Work with marketing to enhance our employer brand and presence on job boards and professional networks • Oversee the management and optimization of our ATS (Workable) • Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions • Manage and continuously improve our onboarding program to effectively integrate new hires into our culture • Serve as a first point of contact for employees on various HR-related questions and concerns.
