📋 Description
• Develop Sitero’s Go-to-market strategy for Biosafety consulting, IBC Services, IRB Services, IRB consulting, DSMB Services, SCRO services, and IACUC services. • Serve as a subject matter expert in Research Compliance. • Lead the delivery and ensure compliance for Biosafety consulting, IBC Services, IRB Services, IRB consulting, DSMB Services, SCRO, and IACUC services. • Drive commercial strategies for the Research Compliance Unit. • Manage the Budget for the Research Compliance Unit. • Lead and direct the Research Compliance metrics to leadership. • Build and grow the Research Compliance unit to support the growth of the business. • Develop the operational aspects of external Research Compliance services and leverage available technology. • Lead Research Compliance thought leadership through the Advisory Board, white papers, and webinars.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university required • Masters or higher education in a science related field is required • 10+ years of Institutional Review Board (IRB) experience is required • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative is required • Highly organized, can manage time and multiple priorities effectively • Team player. Able to take accountability and direction • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR • Strong knowledge and experience of sales databases such as Salesforce, pipelining, and cold calling to create new business • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers and to attend trade shows
