Description

• Sitetracker is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager (ideally based in Austin, TX) who is responsible for managing the renewal process for all of Sitetracker’s global customers. • This role is a critical part of the team that ensures our customers continue doing business with Sitetracker each year. • This person will work with Sales, Customer Success, and Sitetracker leadership to ensure that all renewal steps are processed in a timely and expeditious manner. • You will interface directly with the customer to gather key details related to the contract. • As a Salesforce admin, you will also own the internal Salesforce process for managing renewals in our CRM.

Requirements

• High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment • Process oriented • Salesforce administrator (development experience not required) • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides • Ability to review contractual agreements to identify key commercial terms • Consistent tracking and reporting of key metrics • Cross collaboration within Sitetracker for adherence to internal processes
