• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, ideally within the HR consulting or services industry. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a high-performance sales team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development purposes. • Must be willing to undergo background check, reference check and education check. • Must be willing to work in USA time zone or other timezone assigned.
