• Буде налагоджувати довгострокові стосунки з письменниками. • Готовий брати на себе ініціативу та пропонувати нові ідеї. • Має досвід роботи із саплаєм чи клієнтами або бажання швидко навчатися у цьому напрямку. • Управління комунікацією з письменниками: особисті переговори, підготовка блогів, постів, email-розсилок. • Координація процесу озвучки аудіоновел: пошук книг, домовленості з авторами, комунікація з підрядниками. • Реалізація стратегій залучення нових авторів: конкурси для письменників, PR-проєкти тощо. • Допомога у щоденних бізнес-процесах, пов’язаних із саплаєм. • Розробка та впровадження ініціатив для утримання письменників.
🎯 Requirements
• Англійська мова: рівень В2-С1 (письмова та усна). • Любов до книг і розуміння книжкової індустрії або ж бажання розібратися у цій сфері. • Самостійність, відповідальність та уважність до деталей. • Здатність працювати з великим обсягом інформації. • Навички комунікації та утримання клієнтів. • Досвід роботи із саплаєм/клієнтами буде перевагою.
