• At Skillsoft, we propel organizations and people to grow together through transformative learning experiences. • We are expanding our bootcamp offerings in India, and seeking a lead instructor. • A hybrid role involving both individual contribution and managerial responsibilities. • You will take live classes, contribute to curriculum development, and support the recruitment and management of instructors. • Your work will include Curriculum Delivery, Content Development, Student Engagement, Assessment & Feedback, Doubt Resolution, Instructor Recruitment & Management, and Bootcamp Strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus. • Minimum of 8 years of real world experience in technology companies, leading impactful projects and workstreams. • Proficiency in full-stack technologies including, but not limited to: • Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js) • Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails • Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform • Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) • Prior experience in B2C teaching or training roles is highly desirable. • Strong drive to work in unstructured and fast-paced environments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Evidence of ‘steep slope’ learning ability and ownership mindset.
