Description

• Support maintaining and optimizing Salesforce CRM platform. • Oversee user administration and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions. • Conduct regular system maintenance including database cleanup and performance monitoring. • Monitor level of technical debt and ensure its removal. • Manage security settings and conduct internal audits for compliance. • Develop and maintain documentation and provide user training. • Support management of release processes including sandbox refreshes. • Create and maintain accurate reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related experience. • 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and platform operations. • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, capabilities and maintenance activities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
