📋 Description
• Skylight’s mission is to build the OS of the family. • The Brand Operations Manager will serve as the operational powerhouse of the brand team. • They will execute across key brand initiatives like our ambassador program and organic gifting program. • The person who fills this role thrives by turning ideas into action and building scalable processes. • Responsibilities include launching and managing an ambassador program, developing an organic gifting program and establishing brand influencer campaigns.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-4+ years experience in a brand operations, manager or marketing role. • Experience leading a prior ambassador program is a must. • Excellent organization and time management skills. • A doer mentality – someone who is proactive, resourceful and thrives on execution. • Interest and experience in the parenting space is a plus!
