β€’ Skylight’s mission is to build the OS of the family. We make consumer products, like Skylight Frame and Skylight Calendar, that are loved by millions of people across the globe. β€’ We’re seeking a results-driven, Paid Social Strategist eager to help drive the growth of our business. β€’ You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our paid social channels, including Meta and TikTok, to drive strategy and optimization within platforms. β€’ Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Performance, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our growth. β€’ This is the ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is passionate about combining strategic media planning, creative testing, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results. β€’ Day-to-day management of paid social ad spend for our Calendar products. You'll be responsible for making ad, audience, campaign, and budget optimizations that improve cost-per-acquisition efficiencies. β€’ Continuously improve our β€œtest and learn” framework to increase campaign performance, targeting and results. β€’ Partner with our Creative team to develop creative testing roadmaps, deliver creative insights, draft clear creative briefs and improve our existing creative testing process. β€’ Work collaboratively with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, E-commerce and Retail to develop holistic and data-driven campaign plans. β€’ Run weekly, in-depth channel and creative analysis that generates insights and actionable recommendations to be shared out across other marketing channel leads and creative teams.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ You have 2+ years of Performance Marketing experience with an emphasis on paid social channels at a brand or agency β€’ You have strong data analytics skills, are familiar with various marketing attribution methodologies and have a test and learn mind set β€’ You have a deep understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) with an understanding of their intricacies and dynamics β€’ You have a strong creative acumen, with experience leading and optimizing creative development processes that drive performance β€’ You can translate data into strategic recommendations and actionable plans for future campaigns β€’ Nice to have: experience managing other digital and/or paid social channels such as Google, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Programmatic and CTV.
