• At Sky Valley Resorts, we are dedicated to creating vibrant and welcoming communities for our residents and guests. • Our mission is to enhance lives through quality experiences, and our team members are at the heart of our success. • We are seeking a passionate and skilled Corporate Recruiter & HR Specialist to join our team and help us find the right talent while also supporting our HR initiatives. • As a Corporate Recruiter & HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in our talent acquisition efforts and overall HR functions. • You will craft compelling job descriptions, develop engaging postings, and build relationships to attract top talent to our resorts while managing various HR tasks across our locations in Arizona and California.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and human resources is preferred. • Strong understanding of Arizona and California employment laws and regulations. • Knowledge of compliance issues related to hiring, onboarding, and employee relations in both states. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social/mobile applications. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion. • Experience using The Disc Assessment or other pre-employment assessments is a plus. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects occurring simultaneously. • A friendly demeanor and genuine interest in the needs of team members and the company.
