📋 Description

• Slang.ai is redefining customer engagement through conversational AI. • You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing financial processes. • The role involves handling accounting, billing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, commissions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial workflows, automation, and reporting. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain financial records. • Support various finance projects, reporting requests, and process improvements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting. • Hands-on experience managing billing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and commission calculations. • Experience with reconciliation, reporting, and financial data accuracy. • Proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Stripe, QuickBooks, Ramp, Rippling, HubSpot). • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate financial records. • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet financial deadlines. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
