📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Job Title: Recruitment Assistant • We are currently seeking 2 individuals to join our team and assist with various recruitment duties. • The ideal candidates will have a background in recruiting/HR and possess the following skill set. • Responsibilities: Conducting cold calls to potential candidates • Resume mining and pre-screening candidates • Verifying therapy licensures of potential candidates • Creating and refreshing job posts • Executing email campaigns and text blasts • Scheduling and coordinating interviews • Communicating with resigning employees regarding status changes • Extending job offers to successful candidates • General sourcing and database entry • Performing admin duties including roster clean up
🎯 Requirements
• Mastery of English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn and utilize related software • Extreme proficiency with Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications • Ability to text through company provided Webex or other system • Maintain a professional image • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Knowledge and sensitivity to client relations • Exemplary organizational skills • Keen sense of urgency and time management • Ability to multitask and efficiently manage multiple candidates at a time • Familiarity with HR processes • Available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
