Description

• As a Senior Clinical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strategy, development, and enhancement of SmarterDx's application ecosystem. • You will use your clinical expertise to bridge the gap between clinical data and product development, ensuring accurate representation and improvement of workflows. • SmarterDx builds clinical AI that empowers hospitals to achieve 100% chart accuracy for revenue integrity. • Become a Smartian and help optimize the healthcare system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field (e.g., Nursing, Medicine) or equivalent clinical experience. • 5+ years of product management experience for a B2B product in healthcare, especially involving systems that protect PHI or healthcare data. • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medical guidelines, and healthcare technology. • Experience building data products and using data/data visualization to drive user behavior. • Experience working directly with customers. • Nice to haves: • Advanced clinical degree (e.g., RN, MD, PharmD) or equivalent clinical experience. • Previous experience working in a healthcare technology company or startup environment. • Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and EMR/EHR systems. • QA experience is a plus.
