• Verantwortlich für technische Belange in Serviced Apartments und Student-Standorten • Sicherstellung der technischen Funktion und Einhaltung der Standards • Verhandlung und Verwaltung von Wartungs- und Lieferantenverträgen • Erstellung und Überwachung von Prüf- und Wartungsplänen • Entwicklung des jährlichen Investitionsbudgets und langfristiger Pläne • Regelmäßige Begehungen zur Qualitätssicherung der technischen Ausstattung • Unterstützung der Techniker bei technischen Herausforderungen • Implementierung nachhaltiger Systeme zur Verbrauchsreduzierung • Kontinuierlicher Austausch mit Operations Managern über notwendige Maßnahmen • Zusammenarbeit mit Immobilienvertretern und Projektentwicklern • Begleitung von Projekten und Neueröffnungen in technischen Belangen
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement oder vergleichbarer Funktion • Fundierte Kenntnisse in technischer Gebäudeausstattung und Energiemanagement • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern und technischen Projekten sowie in der Verhandlung der Verträge mit diesen • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Reisebereitschaft zu verschiedenen Standorten
