• Smartsheet is a tech company with a human story to tell. • We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our EMEA team. • You will play an essential part in the creation, administration, and execution of interviews. • Your role will include scheduling onsite and remote interviews and confirming details. • Partner with various teams to provide a seamless interviewing experience. • Assist with virtual interviews and support Talent Acquisition leaders.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing role • 1+ years of experience with scheduling onsite and remote interviews in multiple time zones • Proficient, professional experience using G-suite products and Zoom • Experience using an ATS (applicant tracking system) • Great prioritisation and organisational skills • Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
