Description

• Smartsheet is a tech company looking for a Senior Analyst, Policy Governance. • You will be the primary contributor to the management of the policy governance program. • Ideal candidates are detail-oriented professionals who can function independently in a fast-moving environment. • The position reports to the Director, Risk Management and allows for remote work within the US.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred, but not required • 5+ years working in a related function (policy management, compliance program management, and/or internal/external audit) preferably within the Tech industry • Experience with GRC tools (e.g. Archer, ServiceNow GRC, RiskConnect, Auditboard, Onspring, etc.) • Proven experience collaborating with cross functional teams within HR, legal, and/or compliance • Proven experience working with and presenting to executive level leadership • Self-starter with the ability to work independently • Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset • Strong interpersonal relationship skills • Effective judgment, decision making, and critical thinking skills • Policy stakeholder engagement experience preferred, but not required
