Description
• Collaborate with clients to understand and translate business requirements • Configure system workflows and roles in SmartSimple platform • Assist in setting up data structures and reports • Participate in discovery sessions for requirements gathering • Test configured solutions for compliance with client requirements • Provide support to ensure timely system setups • Conduct data imports and mappings for accuracy • Troubleshoot configuration issues and escalate when needed • Maintain documentation of all system configurations and changes • Stay updated with SmartSimple's best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Experience in software development, implementation, or system integration • Proficiency in JavaScript or similar programming languages • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and SQL database management • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Familiarity with SmartSimple or similar platforms is a plus • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions • Experience in software development lifecycles • Strong communication skills for collaboration • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
