• Lead point of contact for helping new clients with implementation • Provide best practice advice and expertise • Develop expert knowledge of Knak and integration partners • Work closely with internal stakeholders for success • Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high quality • Empower user adoption and solidify company brand through interactions • Maintain measures of success like Time to Value and Customer Satisfaction

Requirements

• 3 years experience in Customer Success, Implementations or equivalent role • Exposure to project management • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal • Experience with running group training sessions • Ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients • Problem solving skills • Excellent multi-tasking skills • Experience with SaaS products, Emails, Landing Pages and Marketing Operations an asset • Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua or other MAP tools an asset • Proven track record of managing clients and delivering results
