• 3+ years of experience in account management, consultation, similar client/customer facing consulting role and/or project management. Experience in the healthcare technology industry is strongly preferred. • Post-secondary education in business management or other similarly relevant fields. • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs as well as business goals and objectives. • Previously demonstrated experience in consulting with varying levels of organizations including executives. • Exceptional critical thinking and strategic solutions based problem solving skills. • Strong negotiating skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure. • Excellent and clear written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual French is an asset.
