• The Sr. Director, Regional Operations – oversees the operations of the practices at Specialty Dental Brands. • Provide leadership and guidance in patient relations and employee relations. • Responsible for practices profit & loss by managing patient schedule utilization, staff productivity, collections, and receivables. • Provide leadership and guidance to OMs and STs to ensure excellence in patient care. • Monitor revenue, collections, and costs for proper management. • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain talent through training and coaching.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of five (5) years management experience in multi-unit industries. • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent communication skills • Strong skills in fostering working relationships • Must be able to travel within assigned regions. • Must be located in Denver, CO
