📋 Description
• Establish, resource, and manage a ring-fenced Sustaining organization • Develop and refine decision trees for EOL actions • Create and maintain pathways for input from relevant functions • Be the interface with other Functional and Project Managers • Track & evaluate progress against established processes • Communicate EOL activities • Assist in forecasting & budgeting processes • Develop and lead a team of technical engineering professionals
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university in Engineering or other technical discipline • Master’s degree and/or additional educational training or skills development preferred • Experience in Engineering or other technical development role • Emphasis placed on experience with multi-functional project management and/or sustainment management for highly technical products
