📋 Description

• Selling - Support revenue attainment for assigned field sales team • Cross-Sell - Integrate with rep agencies to maximize cross-sell activities and customer share of spend • Lead generation - Leverage Moen lead sources to identify project leads in accordance with regional criteria • Pipeline Management - Manages project-specific sales pipeline in coordination with field sales business development manager • Quote Management - Develop and manage project quotations in coordination with field sales and customer • Opportunity Management - Create, manage, and close assigned project opportunities • Coordinate Fulfillment - Identify projects that require supply chain forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside within the assigned territory • 1+ years of prior sales experience is preferred • Listening skills, communication skills, energy, enthusiasm, and endurance • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers • Ability to travel for meetings quarterly • Hunger for driving sales in a competitive environment • Willingness to develop career for field sales opportunity within 3 years
