📋 Description

• Snap Finance harnesses the power of data to empower consumers of all credit types to get what they need. • We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, POP to lead development and execution of our point-of-purchase (POP) marketing initiatives. • This role will be responsible for driving consumer applications through impactful POP strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring seamless execution across various business verticals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, retail merchandising, or point-of-purchase strategy, with a strong background in campaign management and vendor coordination. • Proven experience in data analysis, budget management, and A/B testing, with a keen ability to optimize POP effectiveness. • Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including sales, compliance, and creativity, as well as external vendors is essential. • A proven track record of driving consumer engagement through innovative marketing strategies, staying ahead of industry trends, and executing successful in-store marketing initiatives. • Strong project management, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are a must.
