Join the Snowflake team. • Snowflake is experiencing exponential growth, and we are expanding our Strategic Data Cloud Product Team. • As a Partner Development Manager, you will play a lead role in managing strategic Public Sector partners and acquiring new partners that expand and enhance Snowflake’s ecosystem of Application, Data and Solution Providers. • You will engage with customers and partners to help drive growth within Snowflake’s Public Sector business. • We are looking for an individual who understands the data and applications partner ecosystem and how to foster, manage and scale partnerships.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a direct selling or channel sales role in the US Public Sector vertical in a hunter role. • Experience with Public Sector partner ecosystems, agile partners, Global System Integrators (GSIs), System Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), or Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). • Experience managing sales opportunities in a dynamic and highly matrixed environment. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to multiple audiences including leadership and C-suite teams. • Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative, collaboration and problem-solving skills. • Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and bring in and provide resources and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal. • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
