As a recruiter, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining resumes, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews. You will work directly under the talent acquisition manager and assist with all recruiting-related duties.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in recruitment • Experience in recruiting in the construction industry a plus • Bilingual English - Spanish a plus • Familiarly with the entire recruitment lifecycle • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent IT skills – Excel/Word/PowerPoint • Familiarity with any ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards • Experience in consultancy and/or construction and engineering profiles • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills. • Driven, enthusiastic, and committed to continued professional development • Able to form and build good client relationships and work well in a team setting • Demonstrates a high degree of personal integrity, tact, and discretion • Analytical, commercially aware, and fantastic attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. • Self-starter - Ability to work with deadlines with excellent time management skills but adaptable when required • Well organized, meticulous in approach, and strives for continuous improvement • Actively promote and work Soben’s company values • Organized and detail oriented
