•Creating, executing, and maintaining detailed test cases and test scripts for various testing phases, including functional, regression, and integration testing; •Developing and maintaining automated test scripts or test scenarios to enhance testing efficiency and coverage; •Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution and verification; •Working collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure software quality; •Assisting in developing and updating test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage; •Maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and testing procedures; •Ensuring the software meets quality standards by conducting thorough testing and validation; •Contributing to the continuous improvement of the QA process, tools, and methodologies; •Troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered during testing, working closely with the development team; •Providing guidance and support to junior QA engineers, helping them develop their skills; •Communicating test results, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on quality objectives.
