Description

•Collecting, analyzing, and documenting product and project requirements for development •Coordinating workflows among developers, designers, QA teams, and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality project execution •Communicating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating these into technical specifications •Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and business process diagrams •Monitoring project progress, aligning requirements, managing changes, and supporting priority adjustments when needed •Participating in project planning and estimation, offering recommendations to optimize processes and improve product quality •Facilitating the seamless integration of developed solutions into the company’s existing systems and processes •Supporting development teams and stakeholders with analytical insights and project reports •Mentoring and guiding the team on best practices in data and process analysis

Requirements

•Proven experience in collecting, documenting, and analyzing requirements for development projects •Strong coordination skills to work effectively across multiple teams and departments •Exceptional communication abilities to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications •Expertise in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user stories and business process diagrams •Proactive approach to monitoring project progress, managing changes, and ensuring requirements alignment •Familiarity with project planning and estimation, with the ability to provide process optimization recommendations •Experience in integrating solutions into existing systems and workflows •Analytical mindset and the ability to deliver insights through project reports •Leadership skills to mentor teams on best practices in analysis and process improvement
