• Ensure the successful delivery of development projects. • Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement. • Conduct research, including surveys and user interviews, to pinpoint potential issues. • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and refine requirements. • Produce high-quality technical and business documentation. • Present data-driven insights to senior management. • Work closely with developers for accurate implementation of design specifications. • Evaluate design and process performance using user feedback and metrics.

Requirements

• Extensive Business Analysis Experience: Proven track record working as a Senior Business Analyst in product companies (2+ years in product environments, 4+ years in Business Analysis). • At least 3 years of experience working with mobile applications, including data analysis, requirements gathering, and optimizing user experiences. • Familiarity with both UX and product metrics to drive data-informed decisions. • Proficiency in Tools: Advanced knowledge of Figma, JIRA, and Confluence. • User Research Expertise: Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methods, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and A/B testing. • Strong Soft Skills: Proactive, organized, and empathetic approach to problem-solving. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (B2+ level or higher). • Ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Alignment with Core Values: Trust: Open and authentic communication; Challenge: Embracing opportunities to grow; Ownership: Taking responsibility for your ideas and outcomes; Enthusiasm: Thriving on constant change and innovation. • Bonus Skills: Experience with UX/UI design, creating intuitive and functional interfaces; Visual design expertise, including maintaining consistent visual languages and style guides.
