Description

•Manage a team of ML engineers and improve the architecture of ML services to achieve business goals •Develop and implement a strategy for the NLP direction •Break down business tasks into sub-tasks and determine the necessary resources for their end-to-end execution •Lead and oversee the following tasks: Create and integrate necessary ML models into the overall system •Test and evaluate the created solutions •Optimize model training •Improve the system of automated tests and criteria for evaluating new models •Collect and prepare data needed for model training

Requirements

•Experience as an NLP Engineer in the past or present •Ability to fine-tune open LLMs, with experience in this or leading a team that does •Practical experience with basic NLP concepts (ngrams, skip-grams, tf-idf, etc.) •Experience in developing components for dialogue systems, either directly or by leading a team working on this •Experience managing an ML team
