• Lead and manage two to three engineering pods, comprising backend, frontend, and mobile engineers. • Partner with globally distributed teams to conceptualize and develop new features. • Drive the technical strategy, ensuring applications are built using best practices. • Collaborate with product and engineering leads to plan team roadmaps that align with business goals. • Guide and mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance. • Set high standards for code quality, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. • Take ownership of delivering key results for the Document Verification team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, demonstrating the ability to deliver complex, user-friendly solutions. • 3+ years of leadership experience as an IC leading teams of at least 5 engineers, or 2+ years as an engineering manager leading teams of 8 or more. • Proven experience in leading full stack teams, including backend, machine learning, web, and mobile engineering. • Strong background in backend development, including cloud technologies to support ML-based applications, and client-side technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, native iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), and React Native. • Demonstrated experience in driving large-scale projects involving full stack engineering teams and other technical teams, such as ML/DS, infrastructure, DevOps, and other product teams. • Ability to influence, guide, and align the team on architecture and technical decisions. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex engineering and business problems across teams.
