β€’ Support the maintenance of the Workday platform as technical expert applying best practices β€’ Perform Workday administrative functions which may include security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations specific to the payroll, time tracking, and absence modules. β€’ Support the maintenance and administrative functions for CloudPay and Workday Time & Absence β€’ Work closely with functional area subject matter experts and other stakeholders as needed to test and implement efficient solutions β€’ Provide ongoing training and system support for all payroll systems β€’ Maintain regular reporting for SOX compliance and access reviews β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues β€’ Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements β€’ Model best practice components of customer service β€’ Collaborate with the payroll leaders and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday. β€’ Provide end-user support and training, ensuring employees and managers are equipped to effectively use Workday and its features. β€’ Assist in the design and implementation of new functionality. β€’ Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations or other technology specific field β€’ 3+ years experience with Workday in an administration role, with expertise in both the Payroll and Time Tracking modules β€’ 2+ years experience with strong understanding of Workday functionality, including configuration, security, business processes, and reporting β€’ Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices β€’ Proficient in Workday reporting and analytics, including report writing and creating dashboards β€’ Experience with ERP, CRM and Databases β€’ Experience with ticketing systems (i.e., JIRA, Remedy, etc.) β€’ Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) as business needs change β€’ Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation β€’ Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies β€’ Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
