Description

• Collaborate effectively with business subject matter experts to comprehend their roles and responsibilities, and effectively translate them into comprehensive business process flows; • Managing development backlogs using agile methodologies; • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form into clear and manageable backlog items; • Document the system (Confluence); • Work closely with the Business and Engineering teams to develop and maintain the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a BA in the IT field; • 1-2 years of experience in the financial domain; • Experience analyzing, clarifying, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications; • Experience in preparing and creating specifications for IT products; • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities; • Practical experience in using modeling tools and notations like BPMN/UML; • Experience in describing, analyzing and improving business processes; • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills; • General API understanding; • Experience with Agile; • Experience with data mapping; • Experience as a Product Owner; • Working knowledge of Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence); • At least Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English. • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus; • Mission-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to develop themselves and others; • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving change in a dynamic environment; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization; • Strong people acumen and relationship skills; • Naturally pre-disposed to quickly establish positive personal and professional relationships.
