• Bachelor’s Degree in technical, engineering, or business-related field • MBA a plus • 10+ years of professional work experience in Equipment Systems (MF, UF, NF, RO, Ion Exchange, MBR, etc) • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus • Willingness to travel up to 50%-70% of the time (Europe) • Strong understanding of technical and operational challenges in the F&B/HPI/CPI industries • Proven ability to lead technical evaluations and discussions • Exceptional skills in market analysis, financial decision-making, and resource allocation • Ability to inspire and influence internal teams and external stakeholders
