Description
• Join the Solenis' North American Product Management Team • Manage and gain cross-functional alignment on product portfolio strategies • Develop a 3-5-year product strategy that drives profitable growth • Communicate business performance of the product line • Establish KPI’s and track product profitability and margin improvement • Identify the critical capital (CAPEX) investments needed to drive growth • Identify new market and customer segments • Manage the product portfolio roadmap • Identify new product pipeline opportunities • Oversee and work collaboratively with Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations • Lead monthly product reporting and business planning activities for product line • Provide sound leadership & direction to direct reports
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years of professional work experience ideally including prior experience in Applications, Sales, Global Marketing, or R&D • Floor finish industry experience strongly preferred • Excellent Project Management Skills with a focus on driving execution and results • Strong business and financial acumen with holistic view of profitability • Ability to spearhead strategy development and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment • Ability to influence others and build positive working relationships across all business functions • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce.com, and Tableau/Powerbase, with skills in financial modeling and analysis • Expert decision-making skills, using data driven insights • Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills; naturally connects and builds strong trusting relationships with others • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (both domestic and international)
