• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Innovation Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Global Marketing Innovation Director. • In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth through innovation in key market segments, specifically food and barrier packaging, with a focus on products that enhance sustainability for global customers, including brand owners. • Conduct in-depth Voice of Customer (VOC) research to fuel the innovation pipeline for key market segments. • Transfer and develop innovation needs based on market insights for assigned products and/or market areas. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to create a comprehensive innovation plan for your assigned area. • Develop a detailed timeline for innovation projects, ensuring teams are accountable for meeting objectives and deadlines. • Engage with internal teams to drive the commercial adoption of new innovations, including creating business cases, value propositions, and launch packages. • Track and drive growth for completed innovation projects, utilizing the Vitality Index to measure success.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Business-to-Business Marketing and/or innovation, with a proven track record of turning market insights into successful innovation-based growth. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Packaging Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. • Experience in the consumer packaged goods or food packaging industry is required. • Strong project management experience with expertise in project management tools and approaches. • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
