โข Responsible for expanding market penetration for the Pulp & Paper industry in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia โข Developing business development strategies and creating development plans for relevant area to reach required business objectives and revenue โข Working closely with extended commercial team to understand business requirements and market needs โข Selling new business and new applications in the region โข Developing and implementing sales plans on new opportunities including documenting ROI and value delivery โข Establishing, maintaining and prioritizing an accurate and current sales funnel โข Managing profitability of the account โข Achieving customer satisfaction resulting in optimal retention of existing business and growth of new business โข Maintaining and developing customer relations with new and existing customers
โข Background in Chemistry, Biology or similar field, or equivalent experience (preferably in paper production) โข Experience in the process industry (metals, pulp and paper, mining preferred but not mandatory) โข Fluent in Italian and proficient in English โข Customer focus โ Ability to fulfil customer needs and expectations โข Must be professional and confident with internal and external customers โข Ability to make independent decisions, work flexibly, and have high degree of self-motivation โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a true service attitude โข Valid driving license โ this is a field-based role and frequent travel will be required
