๐Ÿ“‹ Description

โ€ข Responsible for expanding market penetration for the Pulp & Paper industry in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia โ€ข Developing business development strategies and creating development plans for relevant area to reach required business objectives and revenue โ€ข Working closely with extended commercial team to understand business requirements and market needs โ€ข Selling new business and new applications in the region โ€ข Developing and implementing sales plans on new opportunities including documenting ROI and value delivery โ€ข Establishing, maintaining and prioritizing an accurate and current sales funnel โ€ข Managing profitability of the account โ€ข Achieving customer satisfaction resulting in optimal retention of existing business and growth of new business โ€ข Maintaining and developing customer relations with new and existing customers

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข Background in Chemistry, Biology or similar field, or equivalent experience (preferably in paper production) โ€ข Experience in the process industry (metals, pulp and paper, mining preferred but not mandatory) โ€ข Fluent in Italian and proficient in English โ€ข Customer focus โ€“ Ability to fulfil customer needs and expectations โ€ข Must be professional and confident with internal and external customers โ€ข Ability to make independent decisions, work flexibly, and have high degree of self-motivation โ€ข Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a true service attitude โ€ข Valid driving license โ€“ this is a field-based role and frequent travel will be required
