📋 Description

• At Reonic, we’re on a mission to transform the renewable energy landscape through cutting-edge software solutions for solar, storage, charging, and heat pumps. • We are committed to delivering an all-in-one sales tool tailored specifically for Utilities and Installers. • Collaborate closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure continuous improvement in lead quality. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities. • Contribute to the growth of our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by participating in demo calls and supporting sales deals. • Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying trends within our target personas to optimize our sales approach. • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of software sales (4+ years experience), preferably in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups • Familiarity with HubSpot or other types of CRM tools, being able to use the data to identify trends • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders • A passion for driving transformation and innovation within the renewable energy sector • Active drive to secure deals in a competitive environment while fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere • A proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all endeavors • Fluency in both Spanish and English (knowledge of additional languages, especially German, is an advantage)
