Description

• Solenis is looking to engage a Key Account Manager Associate to manage an assigned account, or group of accounts. • Create value for the assigned customers through the technical service provided. • Identify new product opportunities and sell to existing customers. • Maintain revenue, price capture, and improve gross profit. • Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with clients. • Develop and execute effective sales plans to secure new business.

Requirements

• B.S. in Science or Engineering (preferred) • 1-3 years industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred) • Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems • Project management of complex projects • Strong relationship management skills • Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them • Ability to work with autonomy and direct/coach indirect reports • Experience working with multi levels in an organization to achieve results • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience using a consultative sales process
