β€’ Solenis is looking to engage a Key Account Manager Associate to manage an assigned account, or group of accounts. β€’ Create value for the assigned customers through the technical service provided. β€’ Identify new product opportunities and sell to existing customers. β€’ Maintain revenue, price capture, and improve gross profit. β€’ Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with clients. β€’ Develop and execute effective sales plans to secure new business.

Requirements

β€’ B.S. in Science or Engineering (preferred) β€’ 1-3 years industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred) β€’ Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems β€’ Project management of complex projects β€’ Strong relationship management skills β€’ Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them β€’ Ability to work with autonomy and direct/coach indirect reports β€’ Experience working with multi levels in an organization to achieve results β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β€’ Experience using a consultative sales process
