• Completed studies or training as paper technologist, chemical laboratory assistant, or similar qualification • Initial sales experience in the paper industry is advantageous • Alternatively, 2-3 years of professional experience in the paper industry • Knowledge in the application of specialty chemicals, especially in the paper industry is advantageous • Goal-oriented and independent working style • Good technical understanding of production processes • Practical skills • Teamwork, communication, organization, planning, commitment, flexibility, and self-motivation • Convincing appearance and high willingness to travel • Class B driver's license • Good English skills in spoken and written and good computer skills
