📋 Description

• As a Support Engineer, you will be primarily supporting our District to ensure treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically and safely • Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required, maintain inventory record. • Help Sales Account Managers with the design and implementation of treatment programs and communicates with sales management of activity within the account • Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and work with key account manager to put together a plan for corrective action; ensures the sales account manager is kept informed out outcomes and follow up. • Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required. • Assist with data analysis on program performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field • Must live within 45 minutes of Texas City, TX or be willing to relocate. • 2-5 years of experience in industrial water treatment or similar industries • Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds. • Customer focused. • Good communication skills both written and oral.
