Description

• Support our primary customer to ensure treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically, and safely. • Assist and work alongside Service Technicians and Account Managers with the design and implementation of treatment programs. • Communicate with sales management on activity within the account. • Conduct routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs. • Generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required. • Maintain inventory record. • Assist with technical issues at customer sites. • Look for growth opportunities at existing customers. • Assist with data analysis on program performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field • Must live within 45 minutes of International Falls, MN or be willing to relocate. • 2-5 years of experience in boiler water treatment or similar industries • Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds. • Customer focused. • Good communication skills both written and oral.
