Description
• Deliver customer focused product implementations as part of the Implementation team. • Support pre and post sales process by recommending best practice use of Solera product set. • Document test scenarios of configuration to support QA. • Train customers on newly delivered configurations. • Provide 3rd level support on customer deliveries and SME products.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in delivering large transformation programs using agile methodology. • Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience in Automotive or Insurance markets. • Excellent customer facing skills. • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships within the Professional Services team. • Meticulous attention to detail.
