📋 Description

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a central product to customers’ success. • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams. • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy. • Monitor market landscape, emerging trends, and competitive offerings. • Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap. • Engage with customers and stakeholders for insights. • Define and track key product performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; • experience in the automotive DMS or SaaS industry is strongly preferred. • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. • Proven ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and translate them into actionable product strategies. • Deep understanding of the automotive retail industry, including dealer operations and technology solutions. • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing product teams. • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with experience using data to inform product decisions. • Familiarity with software development processes and modern technology stacks. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
