β’ 2+ years of technical recruitment experience, with a proven track record of hiring engineers β’ Experience recruiting engineering talent for Web3 companies with a solid understanding of overall blockchain technology, particularly the Solana ecosystem and its overall infrastructure β’ Experience sourcing for engineering roles (especially protocol engineers and distributed systems specialists) and growth/business development roles. β’ Excellent ability to engage with passive candidates and build lasting relationships. β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to pitch Solforgeβs vision and opportunities effectively. β’ Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and community-based sourcing (Discord, Telegram, etc.). β’ Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote-first environment. β’ Passion for decentralized technology, crypto, and Web3 innovation. β’ Background in technical recruiting with a focus on deep tech or blockchain/crypto technologies (Nice to Have) β’ Experience in recruiting for growth / business development roles (Nice to Have) β’ Familiarity with token-based compensation and crypto-native hiring models (Nice to Have)
