Description

• As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle and help build our talent acquisition function from the ground up. • You'll work closely with leadership to develop and execute hiring strategies that align with our technical and business goals. • We're a fast-moving, ambitious team that values adaptability, collaboration, and initiative. • We seek individuals who can excel in a dynamic startup environment, approach challenges with humility, and contribute positively to our team culture. • We’re looking to fill this position in February or March 2025 and are hiring for the role on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience, with a proven track record of hiring engineers • Experience recruiting engineering talent for Web3 companies with a solid understanding of overall blockchain technology, particularly the Solana ecosystem and its overall infrastructure • Experience sourcing for engineering roles (especially protocol engineers and distributed systems specialists) and growth/business development roles. • Excellent ability to engage with passive candidates and build lasting relationships. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to pitch Solforge’s vision and opportunities effectively. • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and community-based sourcing (Discord, Telegram, etc.). • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote-first environment. • Passion for decentralized technology, crypto, and Web3 innovation. • Background in technical recruiting with a focus on deep tech or blockchain/crypto technologies (Nice to Have) • Experience in recruiting for growth / business development roles (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with token-based compensation and crypto-native hiring models (Nice to Have)
