Description

• [solidcore] is looking for a Talent & Product Development Manager. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent and Product Development, our ideal candidate is engaging, energetic, and motivating, with a passion for educating and elevating those around them.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Training Certification from an accredited program is preferred • 1.5 to 2 years of experience coaching fitness (One year experience as a leading [solidcore] coach preferred) • Demonstrated ability to lead, connect with, and inspire a team. Experience coaching and motivating groups • Strong administrative skills • Time management skills and consistency in completing tasks required • Proficiency with G-suite and Zoom • Flexibility and willingness to travel and conduct workshops as needed as the business dictates. Non-traditional availability is expected to meet the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
