SOLID is seeking an Occupational Analyst to join our growing team. • In this role, you will conduct in-depth research on military and civilian occupations, perform job and task analyses, and identify skills gaps to support workforce development programs. • This is an exciting opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a remote, flexible environment, where your work will have a direct impact on shaping the future of career development for U.S. service members and other workforce sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or a related field (social science degrees preferred). • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education. • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience. • Must be a U.S. Citizen. • Familiarity with civilian occupational classification systems (e.g., SOC, O*NET, OPM). • Knowledge of military HR, career counseling, recruiting, or military occupational classifications. • Understanding of military education, training, and credentialing (including certifications and licensures). • Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on qualitative analysis. • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from complex information. • Capable of working independently and within a multi-disciplinary team. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Office365, and MS Teams. • Experience working in a virtual, flexible environment.
