• Supports successful implementation of complex financial institution debit/credit projects. • Participates in client consultation on business and technical requirements. • Completes Gap Analysis to define system set-up requirements. • Provides consulting and guidance to clients on best approaches. • Communicates client business requirements between technical groups. • Executes project plans ensuring technical tasks are completed on time. • Identifies and reports outstanding issues to project manager. • Conducts testing and modifies program parameters when necessary. • Provides technical support during project phases. • Follows change control processes. • Develops relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Associate degree in a related field and/or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Three (3) years of related experience in the payment processing industry required. • Thorough understanding of payment card products, support services, and processes required. • Proven facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills required. • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats and give presentations utilizing various audiovisual support aids. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated excellent analytical skills. • Proficiency with using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Teams, and spreadsheet computer software applications. • Knowledge and experience with Six Sigma projects preferred. • Ability to travel as needed, 40-50%.
