🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. β€’ Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the food industry, with a focus on customized solutions such as seasonings, sauces, or similar products. β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage and grow customer accounts in the food processing or manufacturing sector. β€’ Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with key customers. β€’ Knowledge of food and beverage applications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to clients and internal stakeholders. β€’ Proactive and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills. β€’ Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems preferred. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. β€’ Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and support sales activities.
