β’ Looking for an experienced large group, Employee Benefits Account Manager β’ Ensure delivery of exceptional service to clients and prospects β’ Act as primary service contact and manage accounts β’ Work with Producers to ensure client satisfaction on employee benefit offerings β’ Assist with day-to-date client needs timely β’ Perform annual renewal negotiations with carriers β’ Present clients with options to enhance their benefits package β’ Ensure smooth implementation and transition processes for all carrier changes β’ Responsible for the renewal checklist and discuss renewal timeline with Producers β’ Conduct employer presentations in a consultative manner β’ Assess clients understanding during meetings and presentations β’ Proactively respond to potential problems β’ Enter notes in CRM system for timely follow-up β’ Keep team informed about client issues and proactive work β’ Positively influence team members and mediate concerns
β’ 4-6 years of Account Management experience with self-funded, large groups β’ Occasional travel required to conduct in-person client open enrollment meetings β’ NY Life & Health license β’ Employee Navigator experience preferred β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) β’ Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products β’ A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership β’ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients β’ Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
